Fried chicken wings / Shaoxing wine
Deep fried chicken wings stuffed with abalone, shark fin and shredded abalone. Also served with morel mushrooms stir-fried in Chinese fermented seasoning and mineral-rich vegetables imported from Noto Gao Farm.
